With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Andy Murrell in Cherokee, Oklahoma, born in Coalgate, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 3, 2024 at the age of 68. He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Murrell and Stella Murrell; and his brother Tony Murrell. He is survived by: his siblings, Cynthia Burris (Jon) and David Murrell (Marie); his nieces, Aija Springer (Mike), Kari Brown (Bobby), Madeline Michalopulos (Michael) and Sarah Murrell; and his nephew Ryan Murrell. He is also survived by two great nieces and two great nephews.

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Cherokee through the funeral home.
