He is survived by: his wife Diana Elam-Miller; his children, Tracy Brooks (Brenda), Jeff Brooks and Shannon Long (Sean); his grandchildren, Jennifer Kathleen Burris, Timothy Stambollis, Donovan Padgett, Rodney Brooks, Jeffery Brooks, Brittany Miller, Steven Miller, Cory Long, Brook Ringquist, Layne Long and Dakota Long; and his siblings, George Garner (Linda), Billy Garner, Martha Jane Glover, Shelly Hull (Wesley) and Charlene Stage (Carl). He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
