He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Shouse and Pearl Shouse (Foster). He is survived by: his siblings, Lee Ray Shouse (Cathy), Suzanne Welch (Elmer), Scott Shouse (Dana), Vicky Hartman and Peggy Reihana (Kelly); and his nieces and nephews, Catee Drake, Trey Shouse, Elmer Welch Jr., Joshua Welch, Cody Welch, Ty Welch, Jordan Welch, Jerico Welch, Robbie Hartman, Danielle Johnson, Amelia Morgan, Daniel Shouse, Suzie Reihana and Terri Shouse.
