She was predeceased by: her parents, Zack Combs and Etta Mae Combs (Hemphill); and her siblings, Bonnie Collins, Ruth Carter, Zach and John Combs.
She is survived by: her former husband Willis Capps (Bill); her children, Beverly Ruth Smith of Inola, Priscilla Ann Sakmary (James) of Broken Arrow and Michael Wayne Capps (Malissa) of Jenks Oklahoma; her husband Harold Gene Sams; her son Phillip Scott Sams (Fuzz) of Jenks Oklahoma; and her stepchildren, Rhonda Qualls, Bridgette Rhodes, Sue Ann Gull, Brett Young and Al Young. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren: 23 great grandchildren: 5 great-great grandchildren.
