She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Jo Mitchell and Bud Mitchell; her siblings, Tom Mitchell and Mildred Brooks; and her sister-in-law Debbie Mitchell.
She is survived by: her son Jerry Meeks (Felicity); her grandchildren, Caitlin Meeks, Cassidy Meeks, Chase Meeks, Tylar Lucas and Justin Lucas; her great grandchildren, Riley Lucas, Marli Lucas and Cassius Underwood; and her siblings, George Mitchell (Ann), Myrna Denton and Diane Mitchell. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; and numerous extended family.
She also worked at Mini Mart in Chelsea, but for most of her career, she worked at EE Sewing, until the Covid crisis forced a layoff in February of 2020.
