He is survived by: his wife Lynn Wildermuth; his siblings, Thelma Chaney, Betty Taylor, Dean Woods, Earl Patton and Harold Patton; his children, Tony Patton, Teri Patton, Tim and Carol Patton; his granddaughter Cassie Patton; and his great grandchildren, Layne, Kristopher and Addie.
