He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cody; his daughters, Mary Ann Lee (Thomas), Michelle Cody Smith (Courtland), Tina Dunn (David) and Beth Parmley (Matt); his grandchildren, Jay Jackson, Nic Lee (Kayce), Christopher Russell (Heather), Jaden Adzigian, Kaitlan Parks (Shane), Colin Ford and Kylee Ford; his great grandchildren, Letty Lee, Logan Weaver, Emma Adzigian, Ava Russell, Jacob, Madilyn, Karsten and Callaway Parks; and his siblings, Elson Cody, Louise Aldridge, Betty Dear, Mary Hamilton and Pam Moore.
