He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Duncan and Jenita Rea Duncan (Bartlett); and his brother Chuck Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Vickie McNair; his sons, Dustin Duncan (Mandy) and Alex Duncan (Brandylynn); his grandchildren, Emma Langley, Tyler Sloan-Duncan and Matthew Duncan; his great grandchild Jax Hughes; and his siblings, Kristi Duncan and Bret Duncan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
