He was predeceased by: his parents, William Calvin Sr. and Della Lewis (Underhill); and his siblings, Everett, John, Jerry, Donnie, Francis, Juanita, Virginia and Margie.
He is survived by: his children, Willy Dean Lewis (Christa), Jamie Mack Lewis, Scooter Don Lewis, Matthew Ryan Flanders and Elizabeth Ann Flanders; his grandchildren, Lori (Takatoshi), Lacey (Jacob), Christian, Dakodah, Blake, Kolby, Larame (Brianne), Levi (Erin), Dylan, Jayden and Aubrey; his brothers, Jim Lewis (Mary) and Bill Lewis; and his sisters-in-law, Bobbie Lewis and Judy Lewis. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
