He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Campbell and Angelia Campbell (Conn); his great-grandparents, Kathleen and L. J. Dobson; and his grandparents, Norman and Laverne Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Kristen Campbell; and his children, Madilyn, Reese, Amelia and Lucas Campbell of Checotah, Oklahoma..
