He was predeceased by: his parent Austin; and his brothers, Boyd and Austin. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lynn Welch; his daughters, Sara Hance (Gene) of Scipio and Sally Whitley of Eufaula; his siblings, Louis Vermillion (Betty) of Lake Jackson, Texas, Roger Vermillion of Krebs, Oklahoma, James Vermillion (Kathy) of Krebs, Alene McLellan of McAlester and Kay Soden (Rodney) of McAlester; and his grandchildren, Kady Anderson (Austin) of Eufaula and Cody Whitley of Eufaula.
