He is survived by: his daughter Diana Curtis (Danny) of Checotah; his grandchildren, Michael Curtis (Kelli) and Brandy Hendrix (Billy); his great grandchildren, Jordan Curtis (Dalton Cecil), Mikyla Curtis, Caylee Curtis Brycee Curtis, Andre and Aiden Hendrix; and his great great grandchild Maverick Cecil.
