He is survived by: his children, Deana Joy Hine of Checotah, Kimberly Miller of Hichita and Matthew Phillips; the mother of his child Diana McKay; his grandsons, Jacob Kindell of Hitchita, Jared Kindell (Mariah) of Hitchita, Ted Cameron Hine of Muskogee and Adam Hine (Amber) of Muskogee; his great grandchildren, Lincoln Dean Hine, Abigail Hine, Avery Hine, Claire Kindell, Preston Lee Kindell, Elliott May Kindell and Allie Paige Kindell; his sister-in-law Anna Purdon of Hillsboro; his nephew Vince; his niece Lisa Ellis; and his great-nephews, Easton and Dalton Ellis.
