Larry Dean Haste Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Dean Haste of Checotah, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 11, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee and Christeen Haste (Bastin); his brothers, Ervin and Darrell Haste; and his great grandchildren, Fiona Saylor and Benjamin Kuehl.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Ruth Craig; his children, Vicki Birkholtz (Todd) of Arizona, Freeman Haste (Kari) of Missouri and Ben Haste (Charla) of Ohio; his sister Shirley Weems (Conrad) of Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Hilary Smith (Adam), Chelsea Milner, Dylan Milner (Lacy), Charity Kuehl (Jamie), Kyle Haste, Devan Haste (Carly), Hope Jones (Tim), Alyssa Rodriguez (Vincent) and Chloe Haste. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (400 Foley Ave, Eufaula, OK 74432). A burial will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM at 1423 Cemetery Rd, Fort Gibson, OK 74434.
