It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Jo Stevens of Checotah, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 29, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Lee Stevens and Sheral May Whisenhunt (Williams); her sons, Dennis "DJ" Parker and Kurtis Gustaveson; and her brother Brian Stevens.

She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Thorpe; her sisters, Tisha Stevens and Jenifer Fenimore; her nephew Jeffrey Eggleston; her nieces, Kelsey Coles and Kiersten Allan; her grandchildren, Brandyn, Braidyn and Arabella; and her stepfather Jeffrey Whisenhunt.
