It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jayton Allen Stahlhut of Checotah, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 6, 2024, at the age of 20, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elbert, Judy Bragg and Robert Stahlhut; his aunt Becky Stahlhut; his mother-in-law Jennifer Clark; and his grandparents-in-law, Lynn Clark and Harry Lay.
He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Stahlhut and Tara Stahlhut (Bragg) of Checotah; his wife Erin Stahlhut; his siblings, Nathaniel, Henry Stahlhut, Amber Smith of Tennessee and Michaela Smith of Tennessee; his grandmother Clara Stahlhut of Florida; his uncles, Clint Bragg (Sarah) of Texas, Kenneth Stahlhut (Sandra) of Alaska, William Stahlhut of Texas and John Bragg of Alabama; his aunt Sherry Stahlhut; his father-in-law Jimmy Clark of Checotah; his brothers-in-law, Tylor Clark (Abigail) of Muskogee and Foster Clark; his grandparents-in-law, David Clark (Sherri) of Grove and Brenda Lay of Blanchard; and his close friend Billy Krug.
