We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2025, at the age of 93, Hoover Herbert Jones of Checotah, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Hoover Herbert may no longer walk beside us, their memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Hoover Herbert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In their absence, their spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt Olive Star Baptist Church (413665 E 1080 Rd, Checotah, OK 74426).
