She is survived by: her husband Warren Atwood; her sons, Nicholas Sanders (Stephanie) of Rancho Cordova, California, Joshua Atwood (Kayla) of Burleson, Nathaniel Atwood of Tacoma and Ross Atwood (Megan) of Tacoma, Washington; her siblings, Frances Peters of Bethany, Shelia Clift of Eufaula and Joshua Ledford of Del City, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Makio Sanders, Alexis Sanders, Tynlea Atwood and Landri Atwood.

Viewing was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Hunn Funeral Home and Cremation Service (211 W Okmulgee Ave, Checotah, OK 74426). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024.
