He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Hartness and Larry Hartness. He is survived by: his children, Shelby Hartness of Choctaw Oklahoma, His and Rowdy Hartness of Choctaw Oklahoma; his granddaughter Jada Sutton of Choctaw Oklahoma; his sister Leslie Mcwhirter of Stigler Oklahoma; his nephew Cody Quinton (Whitney) of Fort Smith, Arkansas.; his niece Jessica (Quinton); and the mother of his children Crystal Hinds-Sharp of Choctaw.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the R. E. Shearwood Memorial Chapel.
