She is survived by: her siblings, Mike Hendrix, Betty Stowers and Rhonda Hendrix; her daughter Nina Chappell; her son-in-law Chad Chappell; her daughter Misty Mullens; her grandchildren, Doug Townsend, Coy, Loy, Stormie Chappell, Travis, Mathew, Brandon Townsend, Keegan Garrett and Kelby Mullens; and her great grandchildren, Callen, Payson, Cashton, Lance Chappell, Lilly Chappell and Briar Mills.
