He was predeceased by: his father Herman Benjamin; and his brother Marlan Fischer. He is survived by: his wife Judy Fischer; his mother Mozelle Fischer (Cooper) of Lawton, Oklahoma; his children, Brandi Hargrove (Jimmy) of Lawton, Cassie Malone (Trevor) of Hickory Ridge, Heather Tran (Tuan) of Coppell, Cody Fischer of Covington, Carol Jannaman (Michael) of Frederick and Julane Riggins (Bryan) of Frederick, Oklahoma; his brothers, Vernon Fischer of Fort Cobb and Randy "Pete" Fischer (Joyce) of Mountain View, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jay Molina, Jory Molina, Justin Due (Emily Neely), Jamie Jannaman, Jessi Jannaman, Bryanna Riggins, Trenton Jannaman, Dalton McKinney, Whitney Huddleston (Rance), Rusty Hargrove (Marissa), Kaegan Tran, Haddie Dru Malone and Rex Malone; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln Molina, Elias Molina, Paislee McKinney, Logan McKinney, Tucker McKinney, Allie McKinney, Cheyanne Huddleston, Clay Huddleston, Baby Cooper Huddleston, Kiyson Hargrove, Titus Hargrove, Willow Hargrove, Liam Hargrove and Riverr Hargrove. He is also survived by aunt, uncle, host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

The family will receive friends and family on Tuesday evening, January 26, 2021, at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel in Frederick, from 6 to 8 p. m. ** Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, mask and social distancing are requested at the Funeral home and graveside service.

Memorial contribution may be made to the donor's choice in memory of Alvin "Stymie" Fischer.
