He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his daughters, Jennifer Vandal and Dayon Leonard; his son-in-law Jose Banuelos; his stepchildren, Tara Berns, Megan Pearman (Travis) and Jared Boelen (Shelby); his siblings, Linda Garrett, Sandra Berry (Greg), Wendy Mitchell (Robert), Robbie Berry, Roger Berry and Johnny Berry (Shelia); and his grandchildren, Michael, Trevor Vandal, Kylan Leonard, Damian Banuelos, Emma, Morgan Berns, Addalyn Hill, Eli, Ava, Ace Pearman, Anne Boelen, Parker and Easton Boelen. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews & other close relative & friends.
