She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sullivan and Rosa Sullivan (Bell); her husband Lowell Don Hayes; and her siblings, Virgie Brown, Lois Helm, Linda Galloway, Floyd Sullivan, Johnie Sullivan and Delbert Sullivan.
She is survived by: her sons, Lowell Don Hayes, Jr. of Chandler and David Wayne Hayes of Chandler.
