She is survived by: her husband Butch Smothers; her daughter Valerie Cox; and her siblings, Ron (Valorie) of Illinois, Mary Duran of Chandler and Kenneth Cox (Kathy) of Davenport. She is also survived by many other extended family and dear friends.
