He is survived by: his wife Beaulah Phipps (Stiner); his stepdaughters, Ginger Rusch (Rick), Sherry Carder and Jeanie Jones (Stephen Fuhrman); and his siblings, Rita Wade (Jim), Sonja Ward, Judy Brown (Ron) and Curtis Phipps (Jonita). He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
