He is survived by: his parents, Connie Jean McKenzie (Nance) of Shawnee and David McKenzie; his grandparents, Hershal, Laura McKenzie, Leroy and Virginia Nance; his aunt Carole Martin; his uncles, Terry Flowers and Truman Nance; his cousin Truman Nance, Jr. (Sean); his daughter Jacquelyn "Jackie" Jade McKenzie of Houston; his brother Reed McKenzie (Laura) of Edmond; his nieces and nephews, Maecy Roby McKenzie and Dayton Kyle McKenzie of Edmond; his aunt Debra Flowers of Mount Pleasant; and his uncle David Nance of Charleston. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
