He is survived by: his parents, Sammy Flatt, Sr. and Vicci Flatt (Mason); his wife Callie of Newalla; his sisters, Leah Townsend (Dusty) of Tryon and Sarah Drivere (Tyler) of Newcastle; his nephews, Brandon and Mason Jackson; and his great-niece Tinley Jackson.
