He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Kalka and Maxine Kalka (Bond). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Kalka of Chandler; his daughters, Sandy Matthews (Philip) of Chandler and Candy Jo Kalka; his siblings, John Kalka of Carney, Oklahoma, Mary Shuey (Rob) of Dakota Dunes and Lori Reynolds (Rob) of Helena, Montana; and his siblings-in-law, David, Barbara Miller, Lori and Shane Niccum. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other family members and friends.
