He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ray and Viola Osborne (Atkins); his siblings, Linda Baker, Betty Osborne, Norma Dean Selcer, Donald Osborne and Garland Osborne; and his son Bennie Osborne.
He is survived by: his son James Osborne (Janet) of Chandler; his granddaughters, Jamie Hall of Missouri and Jena Elliott (Shane) of Harrah; and his great grandchildren, Benny Hall, Joey Elliott and Emma Elliott.
