He was predeceased by: his father Mike Siegel; his stepfather Coy Sikes; and his grandparents, Viola, Harold Gray, Vincent Siegel and Deanie Siegel-Bishop.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Sikes (Gray); his siblings, Latricia Shelledy of Sedalia Missouri, Stephanie Carmichael of Warwick, Coy Sikes (DeLana) of Warwick, Virginia Siegel (Tim) of Missouri, Larry Sikes (Sherrie) of Oklahoma City, Victor Sikes of Chandler, Kenny Sikes of Luther, Sherry McDonald of Chandler, Amy Fizer, Jamie Brizedine (Brooke) and Dub Siegel; and his great-nephew Treavor Vanderpool. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
