It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillie Ann Phelan (Chandler, Oklahoma), who passed away on July 16, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Valdy Hobbs and Velma Hobbs of Chandler, OK.; her sons, Leonard and Jerry; her siblings, Mary Ruth Foster, James, Joe, Willie and Norris Hobbs; her son Robert Gene Howard; her grandchildren, Sarah Marie Howard and Eddie Bowser; and her sisters-in-law, Marie, Claudette, Jessie and Jo Ann Hobbs.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Freeman Howard; her children, Kathy Holland (Terry) of Meeker, Patricia Griffith (Steven) of Prague, Elaine Bowser of Stroud and Arthur "Bo" Henry Phelan (Treva) of Stroud; and her grandchildren, Teddy Goudeau, Kristin Ludi, Toby Shea Lyons, Leroy Bowser, Emily Banks, Tara Holland, Rachel Finch, Jeremy Goudeau, Edith Ann Bracken, Tabitha Phelan and Kadynce Phelan. She is also survived by twenty-five great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.
