He is survived by: his wife Carol Herd; his children, Suzanne McBane (Everett) of Muleshoe, TX, Linda Stewart (Mike) of Meeker, OK and David Herd of Texas; his grandchildren, Stephanie Krupa (Mike) of Durango, CO, John Isaac Stewart (Meghan) of Minot, ND, Lynnie Meeves (Dillon) of Canyon, TX and Clara McBane of Shallowwater, TX; and his sister Myrtle Garrison. He is also survived by seven great granchildren; in addition to extended family members and friends.
