He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Thomas Sr. and Sheila Thomas (Adkins); and his son Keiton Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Kendra Thomas (Womack) of Oilton; his siblings, Missionary Kevin Thomas of Davenport, Keisha Flowers (Ricky) of Oklahoma City and Kristin Thomas of Ada; and also Sheila Thomas of Davenport. He is also survived by In-laws, uncles, aunts, other relatives, and friends.
