She was predeceased by: her parents, James Paul McMenis and Dena McMenis (Chambers); and her siblings, Rosemary Giger (McMenis) and James Paul McMenis, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband J. F. Caldwell; her children, Dena Duke of Shawnee and Randy Caldwell of Chandler; and her sister Paula Sue Henrickson of Florida. She is also survived by grandchildren, (8) great-grandchildren; (5) great-great-grandchildren.
