He is survived by: his wife Carole Dutton of Chandler; his daughters, Teresa Ambler of Edmond, Sherry (David Roberts) and Cindy (Jack Mooneyham); his grandchildren, Elexa Dawson, Clark (Mellisa Roberts), James (Sara Ambler), Anthony (Whittney Ambler) and Mike (Alisha Ambler); and his great grandchildren, Carli, Rosemary, Russell, Everly and Joey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
