He is survived by: his wife Joann Pickett of Carney; his children, Betty Makintubee (Steve) of Chandler, OK, Cherri Brown (Ronnie) of Carney and Janet Hall (Lance) of Tryon, OK.; his grandchildren, Michele Hood (Chuck) of El Reno, OK, Michael Harris (Joleen) of Wellston, OK, Gerad Hall (Samantha) of Tryon, OK, Jodi Ortega (Michael) of Tryon, OK, Dustin Brown (Jessica) of Carney, OK, Lukas Brown (Siara) of Perkins, OK and Dylan Makintubee of Chandler, OK.; and his sister Donnell Green of Tulsa, OK.
