She was predeceased by: her stepfather John "JB" Brumbaugh; her uncle John Maddy; her parents-in-law, Ervin and Hazel Allen; and her sisters-in-law, Sharen Allen and Karen Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Allen; her children, Tedina Mariah White and Christopher John "C. J." Allen (Jacalyn); her siblings, Emily (Bo Pruitt), Phillippe (Michael Wahoff) and Robert (Crystal Mugler); and her grandchildren, Brayden (Kylie Danker), Bradley, Caleb Beloncik, Hazel and Mickey Allen. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
