He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Evans and Clara Mae Evans (Seaba); and his wife Kay Messer Evans. He is survived by: his children, Jason and Angela Evans; his grandson Jace Foulk (Julia); and his great grandchild Nolan Foulk.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Parkland Cemetery. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Chandler VFW Post 1719 (900726 S 3420 Rd, Chandler, OK 74834).
