He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Earp (Cody) of Chandler; his stepchildren, Tammi Walker (Lance Bivins) of Oklahoma City and Billy Walker (Christi) of Cushing; his grandchildren, Heston Earp, Lance II, Chassidy, Tyler Bivins, Jonathan, Jacob and Joshua Walker; his sister Glenyce Berchtold of Pahrump, Nevada; and his close friends, David Brown and James "Big Jim" Douglas.
