He is survived by: his wife Joyce Clark; his children, Kurtis Newby of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Janette (Randy Brooks) and Kayla (Wayne Floyd); his grandchildren, Tyler Brooks (Savannah) of Wichita, Allison Floyd of Temple, Nathan Brooks (Ashley) of Derby, Kelsey Floyd of Perryton and Bruce; his great grandchildren, Adelaine, Easton, Olive and Trenton; and his siblings, Ron Newby of Wheatridge, Gary Newby of Beaver, Roger Newby of Chandler, Oklahoma, Carolyn Barnett of Erie and Marilyn Sulak of Springfield, Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family members and many friends.
