He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlene Hall and Jack Hall of Portland Oregon; his wife Betty Matkins Hall; and his siblings, Jack, Velma and Vicki.

He is survived by: his children, Kim Hamilton, Joy Giorvas, Marty and Richard Hall; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Jennifer, Brian, Sarah, Vanessa, Joshua, Crystal, Amanda, Mandie, Aaron, Nickalas, Kandi and Mikel. He is also survived by spouses, twenty-five great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
