He is survived by: his wife Mae Smothers; and his children, Butch Smothers (Tony Carter) of Chandler, Andy Smothers (Jean) of Sparks, Vickie Henninger (Joe) of Stroud and Janet Hicks (Billy) of Wellston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
