He is survived by: his wife Cindy Barber; his daughter Chanda Warner (Marcus) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his grandsons, Tyler Slabaugh of Duncan and Ethan Shaw of Chickasha, Oklahoma; his brother Tommy Slabaugh of Wichita Falls, Texas; his siblings-in-law, Ted Barber (Judy) of Fletcher, Scott Thompson, Charles Thompson and April Thompson (Loren); his nephew Lloyd Buchanan; and his nieces, Shelly Slabaugh and Summer Garcia.
