He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Fitzpatrick; his parents, Kermit Fitzpatrick and Opal Fitzpatrick; his brother Eldon (Patricia Fitzpatrick); and his children-in-law, Janet Fitzpatrick and Brian Strubble.
He is survived by: his significant other Anna Mae "Susie" Winder; his children, Cynthia Smith, Vernon Fitzpatrick, Troy (Diana Fitzpatrick), Augenia Webb and Cheryl Cook; and his siblings, Dwain (Carolyn Fitzpatrick) and Brenda Rogers. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and family.
