He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Cogburn and Gertrude Cogburn (Scribner); his daughter Vickey Jo Jones; and his brothers, James, Clyde and A. J. Cogburn.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Giles Pickard; his children, Jackie Cogburn (Michelle) of Cement, Shane "Rooster" Cogburn of Cement, Penny Cogburn (Stacy) of Cement and Angie Stamper (Jason) of Cement; and his siblings, Houston Cogburn (Arda) of Cement, Clifton Cogburn of Cement, Dewayne Cogburn (Glenna) of Rockwell, TX and Debra White of Cement. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
