She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Smiley and Lavina Smiley; her siblings, Chuck Smiley (Jeanie) and Helen Herod (Cecil); her daughter Beth Taylor (Henry); her grandson Trice; and her son-in-law Richard Campbell.
She is survived by: her husband Fred R. Henry; and her children, Kay Campbell, Diann Arnold (Wayne) and Gary Henry (Jan). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren with numerous extended family and friends.
