He is survived by: his wife Nancy McBride of Chicago, Illinois; his son David of Tennessee; and his siblings, Patrick McBride of Tennessee, Michael McBride (Diane) of Wisconsin, Darrin McBride (Edward) of Georgia, Columbia Brundridge (Michael) of Cement, OK and Cynthia Miller (Roger) of Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many dear friends.
