He was predeceased by: his parents, Esteban Gutierrez and Rachel "Lydia" Harlan; and his sister Laura Gutierrez-Lenihan. He is survived by: his close friend Tami Hale of Catoosa, OK; his children, Charles Gutierrez (Stephanie) of Catoosa, OK, Kari Stewart (Clark) of Owasso, OK and Sonni Smith (James) of Catoosa, OK; his grandchildren, Kyli, Chris, Khloe, Kinley and Connor (Reva Bowline) of Catoosa, OK; and his brothers, Stephen (Pamela) of Collinsville, OK and Tim (Amy) of Arlington, TX. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rice Funeral Service & Cremation Care (202 E Oak St, Catoosa, OK 74015). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dick Duck Cemetery E Pine.
