He was predeceased by: his parents, Genelle Belt (Murphy) and Lester Lee Belt; his wife Dee Dee Belt; his daughter Kelly Crook; and his siblings, Mike Belt and Patty Cagle.
He is survived by: his children, Lee Belt (Brenda) and Keri Hampton (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Alexandria Hampton, Butch Hampton, Dax Hampton, Taylor Couch (Schafer), Jordan Pennington, Sterling Belt, Madison Belt and Chris Crook (Nancy); his great grandchildren, Hesston and Abby; and his siblings, Lesta Bartlett (Don) and Lester Belt (Virginia). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
