He is survived by: his wife Annette; his daughters, Michelle Mathis and Brandy Double; his grandchildren, Lauren McFarland, Kelsi Ceranski, Hunter Tanner (Felicia), Kate Ceranski, Chase Tanner (Kenzie), Reese Mathis and Noah Double; and his sister Donna Chastain. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
